There are various exercises that use your body weight for resistance such as pullups, pushups, etc. Focus on basic exercise movements (nothing fancy), and try 3 sets of each exercise with 12-15 reps. Make sure to hit all your muscle groups (or split them by day to maximize rest.)

While people will often tell you to do bicep curls to build your biceps, I suggest a different approach. Work your legs. It seems to me that at 64 pounds you are definitely on the light side. You are going to need to gain overall body mass to build your upper body and working your legs (a massive muscle group) will improve your upper body.

You will also have to adjust your diet. Focus on eating a lot of lean protein (in building muscle try for 1 gram per pound of body weight a day). You can use a protein powder, but lean chicken, steak, and fish will work just as well. Protein is absolutely crucial to the synthesis of lean muscle mass. Compliment your diet with vegetables, and whole grains. Get plenty of rest as muscles are built in your sleep, not the gym. Muscles grow as they are repaired responding to the stress placed on them throughout the day. Drink at least 64 oz of water every day, it’s another crucial component of the process.

Start with your knees bent on the floor. Then start doing 10 crunches.
Next lift your feet of the ground with your legs still bent at the knees and do another 10
After lift your legs so you have a bend of 90 degrees and do another 10.
When finished that lift your legs straight up in the air and do another 10.
Take a 30 second break and start over.

Repeat 3x

OK so i have been lifting 3x a week (just basic free-weights) and running for 40 min 3x a week. I run pretty fast (like 7 min miles). I don’t eat junk food or pizza or any shit like that.
