I am 14 years old, soon to turn 15. And i play rugby for about a year and and my abs do show a little(the upper two abs are seen and the lower ones are seen just a little) so i do sit upps(sixty every second day for 1 month), and i really want for my abs to show a lot. So guys i ll be really greatful for every tip youll give.

I am a 14 year old boy. I am about 5″3 and weigh 140 lbs. So, I’m not fat but I would like to get more toned muscles/stomach over the summer. I need some good workouts for the stomach which I am mainly focusing on, but arm/other body section workouts would be helpfull also.

This workout is what me and my friends do for boxing over breaks and such so it will help u
first build your muscles up a bit do 25 push ups in each of these styles
diamond
regular
wide
and knuckles
(do 100 a day in all)
oo yea also do burn-outs the is when u do as many push ups as you can befor your arms give out
abs
do 50 sip ups
and 50 obliques each side
do 5 2min 6-inches
Get some lungs on you
RUN! Or rode-work
run 1 mile a day or 2miles ever other day(do not stop you can slow down but dont stop)
do sprints 10 100 meter sprints
IF YOU HAVE CASH TO SPEND OR YOU HAVE WORKOUT STUFF ONLY!!!
Get your max weight weight with dumbbells and take off half of it

oo yea always take a day or two off i choose Saturday and Sunday cas my gym aint open those days do so to let your musiles grow in and to heal and aliments you have

It might be if you really work at it.
Pick up an ab wheel, it will get your abs in shape fast, its a small wheel with a handle threw it, you can pick one up at your big box of choice for about $20 or so. Put something down for your knees though so you don’t make them sore.

Hi i am 14 5 foot 5 and 110 pounds. I have some dumbells and think have a 2 pack is there anyway to get four or six pack abs in a month before i trip with school which includes lots of swimming.

Jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
An excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

I would concentrate on the weight before the muscle tone. Try diet and an exercise regimen. Limit your time on the computer and in front of the tv. Go for a walk instead! Get some friends together for a pickup game of soccer in the park.
